帕森斯（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司成立于2004年11月18日，公司原名富凱(張家口)礦業(yè)設(shè)備有限公司，是英國(guó)富凱工程集團(tuán)帕森斯公司和中國(guó)中煤張家口煤礦機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司共同投資建立的中外合資有限公司。2008年4月，波蘭國(guó)潤(rùn)資本集團(tuán)有限公司于2008年4月收購(gòu)了英國(guó)FKI工程集團(tuán)公司帕森斯公司在我公司的股份，同中方股東決定擴(kuò)大投資繼續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)并獲得了政府相關(guān)部門(mén)的批準(zhǔn)。相應(yīng)地，公司名稱(chēng)變更為國(guó)潤(rùn)（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司，注冊(cè)資本增加至353萬(wàn)美元，增加投資后，公司決定新建生產(chǎn)接鏈環(huán)生產(chǎn)基地，擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，以滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)日益增長(zhǎng)的需求。2012年新廠(chǎng)區(qū)建成，占地40畝，年生產(chǎn)接鏈環(huán)可達(dá)50000件。
2017年4月，經(jīng)董事會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，中煤張家口煤礦機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司全額收購(gòu)?fù)赓Y股份，目前公司為中煤張家口煤礦機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司全資子公司。國(guó)潤(rùn)（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司更名為帕森斯（張家口）工業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司。 公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品為鏈鎖式、V鎖式、弧齒式、T齒式等各種形式、各種規(guī)格的礦用接鏈環(huán)，主要用于煤礦井下刮板輸送機(jī)鏈條的連接，其中鏈鎖式和V型鎖式接鏈環(huán)，專(zhuān)門(mén)與D級(jí)圓環(huán)鏈配套，是重要的傳動(dòng)部件。公司所有接鏈環(huán)均為毛坯為精密鍛件，從英國(guó)進(jìn)口，加工和熱處理在我公司完成，生產(chǎn)工藝完全按照帕森斯公司原工藝執(zhí)行。加工設(shè)備均為數(shù)控加工中心，熱處理設(shè)備為易普森可控氣氛多用爐。目前，產(chǎn)品遍及國(guó)內(nèi)各大煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，并有部分出口到國(guó)外。

Our company which is formerly known as FKI (Zhangjiakou) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., was established as the joint venture between Britain FKI Parsons Company and China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co. In April 2008, with the approval of the board meeting, the joint venture has had its Parsons’ equities transferred and purchased by Poland Gwarant Capital Group, which agreed to expand its investment along with the Chinese shareholders. Meanwhile, FKI (Zhangjiakou) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. Changed into Gwarant (Zhangjiakou) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (GIT) with the registered capital up to 3.53 million U.S. dollars. The new production plant which covers an area of 24946m2 has been built up in 2012 after the investment has been increased and the production can reach 50000 pieces one year. Meanwhile GIT increase the product range and expand the production capacity for meeting the growing demand of the market.
In April 2017, with the approval of the board meeting, the joint venture had been purchased by China Coal (Zhangjiakou) Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd and became the wholly-owned subsidiary.
The major products in the company are the series of chain locks 、 vertical locks、arc-tooth connectors and T-tooth connectors, which equipped to connect the conveying chain of underground coal mining AFC conveyor. It can be matched with round link by G10 grade, and function as the key components in transmitting system. Products come out of the imported precise forgings, designs by Parsons Chain Company UK, which then machined and heat-treated in our company by means of CNC machine and Epson air-controlled furnace.
